Information we use
We process account details, workspace content, subscription and entitlement records, support correspondence, and limited service telemetry needed to operate, secure, improve, and support CapitalOS.
How we use it
We use information to authenticate users, provide workspace access, maintain paid entitlements, respond to support requests, prevent misuse, and meet applicable operational obligations. We do not sell workspace content or use it to make investment, legal, credit, or underwriting decisions.
Access and sharing
Workspace information is available to authorized workspace members and service providers that support hosting, authentication, payments, and communications under appropriate controls. Checkout is hosted by MadeThis; payment card data is not collected by RaisePilot.
Retention and requests
We retain information for as long as needed for the service, security, support, and applicable recordkeeping purposes. To request account assistance or privacy information, contact team@raisepilot.madethis.app.
