Operational terms
Effective August 6, 2026. These are operational service terms and should be reviewed by qualified counsel as appropriate for your organization.
Service scope
CapitalOS provides readiness workflows, periodic readiness pulses, and PPM working drafts for qualified counsel review. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, valuation, securities, broker-dealer, or compliance advice. It does not file, approve, solicit, accept funds for, or close offerings.
Subscriptions and access
Pilot access covers one active workspace and renews on the billing cadence selected through hosted checkout until canceled. Entitlement activation is tied to a verified purchase and a workspace created by the purchase-email account. Service access may be disabled for cancellation, refund, chargeback, expiry, or security review while workspace records are retained.
Cancellation and refunds
To request cancellation, billing help, or a refund review, contact team@raisepilot.madethis.app with the purchase email and order reference. Refunds are handled case by case through the hosted payment platform and any applicable platform terms; no refund outcome is guaranteed by this page.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for your source information, authorization to use it, and obtaining qualified professional review before relying on, distributing, or using offering-related materials.
